Everything was clean, worked, and the owner responds quickly to messages. It’s a great little place.
Price was very good for what you got. And the owner wants you to be happy. I was very happy with the cleanliness and space for a one bedroom.

Convenient parking in front of the house, clean and comfortable, convenient location and reasonable price,15 minutes by car to the nearest beach
there was no kettle for boiling water, only a coffee maker, there was no salt, a big frying pan, it was deformed,There was no toothbrush kit in the bathroom. In rainy weather, the roof flowed past the drain

Very quiet property. Easy to get to and host was responsive. Kitchen space was spacious. A/c was quiet and good
The place is cute & the host was responsive, but unfortunately the stay was affected by cleanliness and pest issues. There were lots of spiders and webs throughout, including baby spiders that seemed to be everywhere. The host attributed it to spider season but after living in St. Pete for 9 years, I've never experienced anything like it. I also noticed other black bugs crawling in the kitchen that I couldn't identify.
The floors were dirty when I arrived. My white socks turned black on the bottom and there was black hair throughout. To the host's credit, they sent a cleaning crew out right away.
I would happily stay here again if the pest problem is properly addressed and the cleaning standards were improved. It’s a quiet neighborhood and a/c was good.
