Check in and check out is very simple
Security at its best
Safer as no room keys, just need to use password
All the facilities are good enough and met my expectations

The hosts quick and efficient communication made the self check in/check out very easy and smooth. The room was clean and so was the shared bathroom.

It was near where i needed to do things.
Cuckoo water dispenser to keep one hydrated especially with the bad haze.
It was chlorox-clean but the toilet and shower area were all in 1 closet making the entire place wet all of the time.
Can be claustrophobic for some as there is no window to the outside.
Stray dogs at the road in front of the house
Despite ask to join community chat with the administrator of the place, response was very poor when it came to refund of security deposit - i had to go through the booking agent platform, numerous phone calls, numerous chat messages before receiving back my deposit. Whereas, even after paying for the room, no access details provided and no room allocation until they contact you to transfer cash deposit - which you must do so immediately, plus a copy of your ID.
