The facility was very pleasant and clean, and I felt safe as a single female traveler.
The only complaint, and it´s a huge one, is the lack of true shuttle service to/from the airport. They have a third party service that is operated as a ride share (I found out the hard way when I could not be picked up where the other true hotel shuttles were operating) Their "shuttle" staff was unhelpful and rude to me as a late night traveler. I had to use Uber to finally get from the airport to the hotel. Sheraton needs to either make the investment to maintain their own shuttle service and live up to customer expectations, or don´t advertise or offer it at all. I would not return there simply because of this experience, and I should have asked for the $20 Uber fee be refunded.
