Breakfast had friendly staff, remembered the coffee you drink (American, hot milk), and accommodating. Front desk people were excellent, both Samantha and Davide. However, Davide was 'exceptional', providing information and details to enhance the stay with recommendations, and specific details. Very much appreciated.
Room was wonderful, but as we were on the main floor, close to the Front desk, the staff had to be reminded to keep people quiet as they were coming and going, in the later evenings as the voices travelled.

Acomodações de altíssimo padrão e conforto
Para ir do quarto ao banheiro tinha que passar por um corredor que ficava extremamente frio

Close proximity to the historical centre. A few blocks from a secure parking garage and convenience stores.
Clean and modern rooms, with water provided daily. An excellent breakfast with buffet style options, but also have the option to order from the menu.
We received excellent service from Davide and Samantha. They went above and beyond to assist you leading up to your stay, and during your stay.

Building in construction besides the hotel starts working at 6am… impossible to sleep. Way too expensive for the value you get
