No Pool House Springfield should be the actual heading.

Didn't get the key access code until I text the host the day we were making our way to the property. Despite sending them my email and contact detail days before.

This place should stop advertising itself as the “Pool House” because the pool was disgusting — cloudy, dirty, and completely unusable. We asked on day one if the pump was even on — the host said someone would come that day. No one showed until 8pm on our last night, and they casually mentioned they were turning it on for the next guests. Absolutely unacceptable. Only one towel per person was provided for a three‑night stay for nine people. We messaged the host, called, texted — no reply, no answer, nothing. Communication was basically ignored. The oven didn’t work, and instead of informing us beforehand, they left a tiny portable oven that took forever to cook anything. We had already bought groceries expecting a functioning kitchen. Looking at older reviews, these issues were also mentioned in December 2025, so clearly nothing is being fixed. Would not stay here again. Dirty pool, broken facilities, poor communication. Not enough toilet paper provided, but lucky the property manager turned up to turn the pump on for the other guests. We managed to hustle some from her. Save your money and book literally anywhere else.

Better than 5 motel rooms

Quiet location and plenty of room for family, inside and outside.. Rooms were large and beds comfy. Fire ready for use. A few essentials in cupboard for hot drink.

The balustrade gaps were quite large.

Pool house- Rotorua

We traveled 6 hours to get here for a netball tournament and what a Lovely stay it was. very comfortable, homely feel😊 Close to the netball courts as that is why we came. thank you for having us.

Nothing not to like. Maybe just that the weather being so cold and wet, we didn't get to use the pool.
