The property was really nice. It’s inside of a really big building so if you have a lot of stuff be prepared to carry your stuff through multiple doors and a long hallway other than that the place was nice and spacious. The bathroom is outdated. The showerhead could be updated because the water pressure is very low. The fridge and freezer were very nice. Ice machine was a plus. The noise level is very high from it being on the corner of two busy streets so bring earplugs if you want to sleep in. Very close to a lot of bars, restaurants and the beach.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Everything is safe there. All people in the building were friendly. The bathroom is small but it is in an old building. The bathroom met our needs. Make sure to follow exact directions for parking. I didn’t park in the right building and got towed. When I got home I reviewed the instructions and attached map. It was totally my fault. The host was beyond wonderful. I was ill the week before and wasn’t going to attend the convention. When I was cleared to go it the day before I flew there. I was disorganized and unprepared. I called him MANY times and he was so pleasant and helpful. The walk to the convention center was nice and close. The restaurant attached had delicious food. I highly recommend this place.

great spot, great location, extra care for bath towels, soaps and body wash, those were scant so bring your own. Got in late and would have loved a starter coffee for the Keurig but there was no coffee. These are small things though!
