About this house rental
Two-story country house within a 5-acre rural property where cheese is produced, 10 minutes from the Wine Route, 5 minutes from the city of Ibiúna, 50 minutes from São Paulo, and adjacent to an Atlantic Forest reserve. Jersey cows graze near the house during the day. Asphalt tennis court. Vivo box 4G Wi-Fi (not wired). Perfect place for a barbecue with friends and family. The lodge in Ibiúna and the Chinese cabin in Ibiúna are also located on the same property.
The space
The house has a large glass area and, on the second floor, a beautiful view of an Atlantic Forest. The wooden staircase is from an old house in São Paulo, and the decor features Brazilian furniture from the 19th and early 20th centuries. The house has two balconies, one with a protective screen and the other without, so the space is not recommended for children. The first bonfire is on us!
Guest access
It has an asphalt tennis court and also a basketball hoop.
At the property boundary there is a lake with Tilapia, Traíra (a type of freshwater fish) and Lambari (another type of freshwater fish) where fishing is permitted.
Other things to note
As previously mentioned, one of the house's balconies and the staircase do not have child safety railings, therefore the space is not recommended for children.
