Great stop for our Turkey Run trip!

We had a good overnight stay here in Rockville. This cute little house is very conveniently located; we easily walked to a restaurant for dinner. We had plenty of space for sleeping and the living area had a nice big TV so we could watch the World Cup match. It was a very easy drive to Turkey Run for hiking both days. We would stay again.

Cute clean house but unfortunately hot outside and inside because the air conditioning was controlled externally. We had to sleep with window open to cool house down. Otherwise the house is in a great location and clean.

Location wise it was suitable. Unfortunately we thought that it would have central air. But there was air-conditioning units. The place is clean. A bit dated. Was a little surprised that it was right next-door to a funeral home. Beds were comfortable, but we still had a hard time falling asleep because the house wasn’t sufficiently air-conditioned. No one likes an air-conditioning unit right next to their bed when trying to sleep. It was very loud. They had coffee provided, which was very nice. The place was clean. You had to walk from one bedroom through another bedroom to get into the bathroom. We weren’t very excited about the sliding doors on the bathroom. The living room was comfortable to sit in. There wasn’t a light on the stairs going from the ground floor up to the second floor. It’s a long staircase with no light to safely walk up and down the staircase. It is right in town, which is the only convenient thing if that is what you’re going to be doing over the weekend.
