The 94-square-meter apartment is located in the basement level of the main house. However, it is not a typical basement apartment. This is due to the house’s hillside location. Enjoy the midday and afternoon sun on the terrace. The apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a separate toilet and urinal, and a terrace. The living room features a flat-screen TV with satellite TV and a Blu-ray player, as well as a stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, including, of course, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, Senseo pod coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. The beds are uniquely crafted from local woods and are open at the foot. Cribs can be provided. In the large bedroom, there is also the option of an additional sleeping space on the sofa bed. The comforters are a cozy extra-large size. Under the spacious shower with a glass door, you can enjoy pure spring water, heated with wood chips from our forests.
