The property is located on the B10, just a few minutes’ drive from the North and East highway on-ramps. The city center, train station, and supermarkets are just a short walk away. There are free parking spaces on the street, though they’re rarely available. For stays of 8 days or more, regular cleaning services with linen changes are included, and use of the washer and dryer is available by arrangement for a small fee of 2.50 euros each.
We provide a small starter pack of consumables; after that, you’ll need to provide your own supplies. Supermarkets are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Covered parking spaces are limited and cost 7 euros per night (5 euros for stays of 28 days or more). A maximum of one small dog is allowed as a pet upon request; it must sleep in its own basket, which you must bring. The cleaning fee will then increase by 25 euros. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building.
