The Dünenhaus Christa is located directly on the beach promenade on Maxim-Gorki-Straße in the Baltic Sea resort of Heringsdorf. The beach is right in front of the house. The town centers and piers of Heringsdorf and Bansin are within walking distance. The apartments are individually decorated and comfortably furnished.
A parking space is available on the property.

With the exception of the attic apartments, the other apartments will remain available for rent. Due to the scaffolding, some restrictions are to be expected until the end of May 2026. ****

This 59 m² non-smoking vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is ideal for 2 people. The couch in the living area is a comfortable sofa bed. The living room features a flat-screen TV. In the bedroom, the comfortable double bed with two single mattresses ensures a restful night’s sleep. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the promenade and the Baltic Sea.
The kitchenette, equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, is fully stocked, and a dining table is also provided. A spacious balcony overlooking the promenade rounds out this beautiful vacation apartment.
