Available for seasonal and year-round rentals, this inviting golf community retreat offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a den, and a private 1-car garage.
Designed for comfort and relaxation, the open-concept floor plan features a spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room that flow seamlessly to the screened rear lanai. The primary suite offers a king bed, two walk-in closets, and a private en-suite bath, while the guest bedroom is privately situated on the opposite side of the home. A dedicated den with a desk and chair provides a convenient space for remote work or quiet reading.
Guests will enjoy both front and rear screened lanais with beautiful views of the golf course, aqua driving range, and surrounding community landscapes.
Babcock National offers an exceptional amenity package, including a championship Gordon Lewis-designed golf course, clubhouse dining, resort-style pool, lap pool, spa, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, sauna facilities, day spa, poolside tiki bar and grill, satellite pools, and a full calendar of social activities and events.
Located within Babcock Ranch, residents are just minutes from shopping, dining, entertainment, walking trails, farmers markets, Founders Square, Crescent B Commons, and the growing B Street district.

*HOA regulations require a Minimum 30-day / 1 Full Month stay
*During January, February, and March, leases must begin on the first day of the month.
*Completion of the HOA Transfer Membership forms & payment of a one-time $250 Social Amenity Transfer Fee is required. This fee applies per lease (not per person). All applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to arrival.
*Amenity Card Policy: The HOA approves membership transfers & issues amenity cards only to the primary leaseholder, their spouse, & dependent children ages 16–21. Verification may be required. Amenity cards must be purchased on-site for $25 per card.
*Optional Golf Membership Transfer: Golf membership transfer is optional. Transfer fees are based on the length of stay. Your fee will be adjusted prior to final confirmation.
Current rates are:
1 Month: $200
2 Months: $300
3–12 Months: $400
On-site cart rental fees apply per person, per round.
*Vehicle Transponders must be purchased on-site at the HOA office. $25 per vehicle.
