About this apartment rental
Our refined and elegant apartment is located on a street named after Giuseppe La Farina.
The apartment is about a 20-minute walk from Florence’s historic center. Its main entrance is easily recognizable thanks to a historic front door, in typical “Florentine” style.
Our elegant, modern, and fully air-conditioned apartment is spacious and bright.
It also features a large, pleasant garden—a true oasis of peace and tranquility.
Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a welcoming foyer from which you can access the various rooms of our home.
On your left, you’ll find the first of our double bedrooms; next to this double bedroom, you’ll find an inviting and modern living room furnished with two sofas and a spacious dining table where you can enjoy all your meals;Going down a small flight of stairs located in the living room, you’ll reach our other two bedrooms: the first has a double bed, while the second can be set up with two cribs.
These stairs leading to our bedrooms are completely safe, thanks to a small gate, so… don’t worry about your kids.
Returning to the upper floor, to the right of the living room, you’ll find our first bathroom, featuring a beautiful “Jacuzzi”—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring downtown Florence.
The spacious and stunning main double bedroom is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and overlooks our lovely garden.
The second bathroom, which is very comfortable, features a convenient shower and all the necessary amenities.
Last but not least, our well-equipped kitchen features induction cooktops, a dishwasher, a “Nespresso” coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, and a breakfast table.From the kitchen, you can step out onto our terrace, which overlooks our garden: the terrace features a “relaxation corner,” where you can enjoy breakfast during the summer months.
From the terrace, you can also access the “laundry room,” which has a washing machine (no dryer)—small but very useful.
