In the hypercenter of Nice - close to everything, Old City, sea, beaches, shops and restaurants - On the 1st floor of a high standing building, very beautiful and bright apartment, recently renovated, and composed of an entrance, a spacious living room with access to a south-facing loggia, an en-suite bedroom with shower room, dressing room and access to the loggia, a second bedroom with bathroom and access to a veranda, a separate kitchen with dining area in the veranda as well as a guest toilet. Air conditioning.

We love the location. Perfect for seeing all the sights in Nice. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and even cooked some evening meals there. Edith was attentive to anything we needed. We will definitely stay on our next visit to Nice!

Incredible how accurate the pictures are. It’s so rumy and incredible spacious. The apartment is so pretty and the location is just perfect. We walked to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, train station. Edith is amazing host. She is so kind and helpful. The easiest rental I ever had. We are coming back.

The apartment is located in an historic building . You are in the heart of the city and while this is convenient, it also means there is a lot of noise: One of the bedrooms is above a restaurant ( people talking late at night) . However, it is 5 to 10 min walk to the old town, which is very convenient. The bathrooms were very clean and brand new. The kitchen definitely needs some upgrades: Microwave/oven combo and fridge are old. Some other small improvements are needed: Utensils in kitchen too old, iron not working, no chandeliers in bedrooms: Just bare lightbulbs.With all these changes, this apartment will be perfect. Thank you to Edith , the manager for being so helpful.
