The home was very clean. The kitchen well equipped. The host was friendly and timely in her responses to my inquiries. The proximity to Round Top was great! We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is a beautiful property. My girlfriends and I went down for the Antique Fair and the 4 of us stayed here. Very comfortably I might add. The host was wonderful to work with. The house was immaculate, well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cooking supplies and even snacks. We will definitely come back.

This is our second stay at The Oaks - perfect spot for exploring this part of Texas. Leann is the perfect hostess. House is so comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. A home away from home. A quick and beautiful ride to Roundtop.Nice and quiet a bit away from the hustle and bustle of show weeks. Perfect in every way.
