Remote location inspired us to explore and appreciate the beautiful landscape. The room and onsen is perfect for introverts looking to get away and relax. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean and casual. Drinks and food were easily accessible in the communal space and were priced affordably. I would definitely stay at this location again in the future.
Everything is automated or self-serve, which means it lacks a bit of that personal touch. However, staff were easy to get hold of via messaging and the overall experience heightened the private onsen experience. The facilities are so clean, high end , comfortable and well maintained. Note there is not a lot of space for large luggages. We were able to make it work, but it was a bit of a puzzle piece.

This place is in a beautiful quiet location, right next to a stream which you can hear from the room. Our room had a lovely private onsen and sauna. It rained a lot during our stay, and we were happy to spend long stretches of time relaxing in our room and onsen.
We didn't see any staff members during our stay, but we were provided with everything we needed so it wasn't a problem. In fact it helped make the experience feel more private, like we had the whole place to ourselves.
Breakfast was very tasty.
