Overall nice. Needs professional work to be done.
The location. It was close to the lake.
There is quite a few improvements the property needs. I think it was being remodeled before I stayed. Parking in the street.

The place is actually not bad overall but for the money spent, there was limited to no response to meeting basic needs a
The property was overall comfortable and clean.
The property was not cheap. I did not like that very simple and basic needs were not met. We had no access to WiFi for 24 hours and had to leave premises for access to WiFi . I had to contact property manager and management multiple times until they finally helped. The situation was due to a partially erased WiFi password that no one could bother to return our calls to figure out. We washed clothes prior to leaving only to find out that dryer didn’t work. No trash outdoor trash can to throw out trash. Only three bags of coffee when our stay was for five days (used two per day) and though we were promised to receive more, no follow up. Requested a side table lamp, and though promised to receive one, never received. Parking instructions were inadequate. We were confused because strangers kept telling us we were parked the wrong direction, parked on the wrong side of the road etc but we were not told how to park ‘properly’ by management. We literally didn’t figure ‘how to park’ until we were leaving five days later and someone explained why we needed to park a certain way.
Based on my experience, this place is not worth the amount of money spent staying there due to lack of any sort of follow up from either management or property manager. Yes 24 hours later, they finally helped with the password but that amount of response time is unacceptable and we wasted time having to call multiple times explaining the situation without a follow up. (Had to contact property manager twice, then management who then contacted property manager four times to no avail and then we had to follow up management AGAIN hours later before this simple issue was resolved.) We were there for work and WiFi was critical for our work as we work late and get up early.
