Amazing architectural townhouse with Seaviews from every room.

Stunning architectural property with modern open spaces, large windows bringing great light and amazing sea views. Loved it … very well located in Airlie

Everything was great, such a lovely place!

The property had potential, but the hygiene and lack of preparation made the stay disappointing. The location is also a

Big living room.

For a property that is rented out to guests, the hygiene was really poor. There were many bugs, including cockroaches, geckos, and flies crawling around — especially in the kitchen. We didn’t feel comfortable using the kitchenware. There were no proper blankets in any room — just a single sheet and a dusty thin throw (not even a slightly thicker one). The downstairs aircon didn’t have a heating function, and it was freezing at night. Although the listing mentioned five beds, only two rooms were reasonably suitable for sleeping (but still cold). The sofa bed upstairs looked nothing like the pictures, and we were told to make it ourselves. We couldn’t find the advertised bedding sets or even enough linen. The downstairs single room wasn’t properly prepared either — the sheets in the cupboard had bugs on them. We’re not sure whether this is common for the area or just part of a more “rustic” experience, but we found it really disappointing. On the first day, we waited for hours to enter the property because the front gate lock was broken. We weren’t informed in advance, and the issue wasn’t resolved until well after our check-in time. Although check-in was supposed to be at 2pm, we only got in around 3–4pm, which caused us to miss some scheduled activities. When we finally entered, we were greeted by insects and a space that looked quite different from the promotional photos.
