The staff from security, front desk and house keeping were great. All very nice and made sure we were taken care of.

location and cleanliness is ok
the place if is ok, but in my room is a bird nest in the roof and was very noise. also the room I was given didn't have a fan in the washroom. I tell the staff if they can move me to a other room but they say that will cost me extra .
I mention that the hotel was like 90% empty and still they refuse to accommodate me in a better room
so sad
also the breakfast wasn't to good
