Dommage que le logement soit parmi d'autres logements. Annonce à revoir sur le site de location.

emplacement top, comme dans la nature, village sympathique et agréable, le bruit de la rivière est magnifique et reposant. Gros point positif : la salle de jeux avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur (attention c'est filmé dans cette pièce)

la situation du logement au sein d'un mas refait à neuf mais avec d'autres logement acollé, en dessus et en dessous. Ce logement n'est pas fait pour le bruit et les soirées.

Una decepción

La casa era preciosa, bastante bien equipada (con algunas excepciones), y estaba perfectamente ubicada en el centro de Formiguères.

1. LO QUE MENOS NOS GUSTÓ: En la descripción pone que son 7 habitaciones pero no es exactamente así. En realidad son 4, 3 de ellas separadas por una puerta, pero para poder pasar a la del fondo que es la que tiene la cama de matrimonio tienes que pasar si o si por la que tiene las literas, con lo cual si necesitas ir al aseo de noche o salir de la habitación para lo que sea, molestas a quien duerma allí. Nosotros alquilamos esa casa porque ponia que tenia 7 habitaciones y habia personas que querían dormir solas. Si llegamos a saber que las habitaciones eran así no la hubiésemos alquilado. Una falta total de información 2. Nos cobraron a parte la luz, a 0.30 € Kw. cosa que no nos dijeron hasta que ya habiamos pagado la reserva y no nos podíamos echar atrás. Deberian especificarlo en las normas de la casa y no decirlo cuando no tienes más remedio que aceptar. En total fueron 34,5€. De nuevo falta de información 3. había un solo estropajo para limpiar tanto la casa como los baños como los enseres de cocina, y solo una botella de limpiahogar general, ningún limpiador especifico para baños etc., pero nos exigieron que debíamos dejar la casa impecable o no nos devolverían la fianza. Habia un taburete roto y un cristal de una ventana rajado, y ya temblábamos pensando en si nos lo iban a querer cobrar a nosotros, recomiendo hacer fotos a la llegada de todo lo que no esté bien. Por cierto, nos dijeron que si pagábamos la fianza con tarjeta cobrarian cargos. 4. No dejaron ni siquiera un poco de gel de baño, ni jabón de tocador de cortesía. 5. En los servicios pone que tiene bañera, pero no habia. 6. También pone que hay baño privado, pero no es cierto, hay un baño común con 3 duchas, y 3 wc aparte
