Fantastic view and pool. Rooms airy and spacious. Spotlessly clean.
A small hamper of goodies including coffee pods provided on arrival. George was very helpful.
We ended up staying an extra 3 nights as our next accommodation was so poor - I think we'd been spoiled by Bay View!
Potential for being overlooked and disturbed by the neighbouring villas - but children <12 not allowed, and I don't think it would be an issue. Wasn't for us.
Would definitely need a car to stay, its 1/2 mile off the main road down an dirt track.

10/10 stay! The most incredible views, and stunning villa. Host George was great, always quick to reply to any questions we had via WhatsApp. Would definitely stay again!
Only that the hotel was out the way. We decided to walk to the akrotiri town.. about 40 mins, so you definitely need a car for this stay! We found the efood app had only 1 restaurant that delivers food, which we tried and was great for when you want a night in.

ci è piaciuto tutto! George gentilissimo e disponibile oltremisura.L'appartamento è praticamente nuovo in una posizione panoramica eccezionale. Spazi comodissimi, piscina riscaldata, camere spaziose, patio esterno con lettini e materassini. Tutto pulitissimo.

We really loved the villa; the location was secluded and quiet, yet still close to many restaurants and bars. The pool was heated at our request, and it was simply amazing! The place was clean, and the view was breathtaking.
