Rude and unwelcoming. Threats of extra charges or calling the police. Pay extra and stay somewhere Better

Stayed only the 1 night of the 3 I had booked. Checked out and stayed I. Another much nicer and comfortable place. Absolutely the rudest and most unwelcoming person I have ever dealt with on booking.com. Would not recommend staying here 1. The heater would generate a loud noise every 10 minutes and this went on all night 2. There was no vanity in the bathroom and we had to leave all our toiletries on the kitchen sink 3. The owner repeatedly mentioned about making sure we didn’t create a mess or we would be charged extra however the fridge clearly wasn’t cleaned properly and had mould in it. Therefore we couldn’t use it. 4. The owner made us uncomfortable by sending messages quite often that we would be charged extra for any mess or too much rubbish 5. The owner has a dodgy setup for water outlet from the washing machine to empty onto the bathroom floor and hose has to be attached to a plastic clip and jammed in the door of bathroom 6. There is a threat written that if you don’t do the washing machine outlet hose as per their instructions they will try and charge you for any damage. Excuse me but a guest is not responsible for your half baked plumbing setup and any damage is the property owner's fault if they can’t be bothered plumbing properly 7. Constant threats of additional charges if you do anything wrong, require them to come and fix something, contact them out of their desired hours. 8. Threats to be charged by the police if you open a closet or damage the floor from using washing machine 9. The washing machine is setup under a heap of plumbing and you can barely lift the lid to get your washing in or out Lastly when trying to contact them on 2nd January I received a reply that how dare I try to message them at that time of the year and I was being rude. I don’t live in Japan, I don’t know what days they don’t want to answer messages. Are they running an internationally bookable accommodation available 365 days a year or just when they feel like it?
