disappointing due to misleading advertising, inadequate amenities, noise, and poor customer service

Despite booking well in advance and paying a substantial amount, I was informed the day before arrival about technical issues with the flat. The alternative accommodation offered was significantly smaller and noisier than advertised, with misleading photos and descriptions (https://www.airbnb.es/rooms/1031024013525457689?guests=1&adults=1&s=67&unique_share_id=eb8bb2bf-456b-4669-90f9-e424a843d1ca - the pictures are post-processed so I expect the pictures of the flat in Booking.com are also just false advertising). The flat lacked essential amenities, such as a proper dining table and a functional second bed, making it unsuitable for my family, including our 3-year-old child. The bar-style table was uncomfortable and impractical, and the second bed was a sofa that could not be extended to a normal-sized bed, contrary to the agency’s claims. This made it impossible for three people to stay comfortably for 2-weeks holidays. Moreover, the flat was incredibly noisy, with sounds from neighbors talking, watching TV at night, and closing windows loudly, as well as street noise, making it impossible to sleep properly. We felt uncomfortable and could not rest due to the noise. After the first night, I complained to the agency, but they refused to lower the price, which remained the same. They only agreed to cover the cost of one cleaning, which I later discovered was paid by the actual owner of the flat, not the agency. After several days, I complained again because we could not tolerate the noise at night. My message was completely ignored. The agency’s lack of responsiveness and unwillingness to address our concerns was extremely disappointing. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I advise against using Wave Properties. I requested a refund, but have not heard back from the agency. I advise against using Wave Properties, they are liars.

Für mich war das Apartment das ideale Hauptquartier für Ausflüge auf der ganzen Insel

Das Apartment liegt wunderbar zentral am Park Castello de La Luz, von dort kann man zu Fuß zum Strand Las Canteras gehen. Eine Bushaltestelle um zu anderen Zielen zu gelangen ist direkt vor der Haustür und auch ein Parkhaus wo man den Mietwagen abstellen kann ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Betten sind gemütlich und die kleine Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet um Frühstück oder ein kleines Abendessen zuzubereiten.

Dadurch dass es so zentral liegt ist es etwas laut, obwohl die Fenster eine sehr gute Schallisolierung haben.

Das Apartment liegt wunderbar zentral am Park Castello de La Luz, von dort kann man zu Fuß zum Strand Las Canteras gehen. Eine Bushaltestelle um zu anderen Zielen zu gelangen ist direkt vor der Haustür und auch ein Parkhaus wo man den Mietwagen abstellen kann ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Betten sind gemütlich und die kleine Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet um Frühstück oder ein kleines Abendessen zuzubereiten.
