Every now & then you pick a bad one!! This was a wake up call to do more research next time!!

The apartment was spacious & looked like the pictures.

My daughter left her i-phone plug & cable charger behind. We reported to the hosts immediately on the way to the airport, we offered them postage for them to return items to us. Despite promises they never did post them & then made out they could only find a toaster appliance cable!! We had told them exactly where the plug & cable was left!! VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY! They even said that if they returned the plug & cable to me would I not mention all the faults & issues I had & leave them excellent feedback... So as they are so UNTRUSTWORTHY, I now have to be honest & tell it like it is. We were four adults staying there & they only provided towels for two adults. We reported on day one, but no additional towels were provided. Plenty of excuses like they were left outside the front door, but neighbours must have taken them!! The location of apartment was quite a long way from the centre of Vienna. Not a great location, the street itself had little to no kerb appeal and the doorway entrance into the block was very ugly & rough. I wouldn't have wanted my wife & daughter to have entered that block on their own especially after dark. The key code lock on the front door didn't work properly - had to put the code in 3-4 times at least before it worked. Pot luck to get into the apartment. Should have done more homework on this apartment & location & done a street view walk-by. I travel a lot this was not one of my better accommodation picks. One to avoid!! Wouldn't go back & the dishonesty of the hosts in not returning my daughters cable & plug has left a very bad impression for us!!

Bom
