Reasonable rates for a 2 bed unit and location perfect close to Pereybere beach.
Just a suggestion: have 2 small beach chairs in the unit. They have 2 chairs at my apartment in Flic en flac.

Well secured apartment. Appropriate for family, including kids.
Some areas not properly cleaned prior to arrival.
Also, another tenant blocked the parking prior to departure, and it was hard to get out on scheduled time.
