Asunto: RECLAMACIÓN FORMAL (Reserva Nº 5929281754) - EXIGIENDO REEMBOLSO INMEDIATO, INDEMNIZACIÓN POR DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS Y ABANDONO DE CLIENTES
A la atención del Departamento de Reclamaciones de Booking.com y la Dirección del Alojamiento:
Por medio del presente escrito, interpongo una reclamación formal por la negligencia grave, el abandono y los graves perjuicios económicos y morales ocasionados por la cancelación unilateral e injustificada de mi reserva en el mismo momento de nuestra llegada.
Con una reserva formalizada desde el pasado mes de febrero bajo el número de confirmación 5929281754, por un importe exacto de 495,14 € (y debidamente abonada en junio) para alojarnos del 19 al 22 de agosto, el alojamiento canceló nuestra estancia el mismo día de entrada, exigiendo repentinamente un supuesto requisito de "estancia mínima de 7 noches". Esta irregularidad inadmisible nos dejó a 6 personas y a mi perro literalmente tirados en la calle.
La gestión posterior por parte del equipo de soporte de Booking fue un absoluto desastre, una falta de respeto y una burla hacia nuestra familia. Desde las 14:00 horas hasta las 18:00 horas, fuimos sometidos a un auténtico caos telefónico, repitiendo la historia una y otra vez, para no obtener ninguna solución real:
* Agente Julián: Nos atiende a las 14:00 h, asegurando que hablaría con el alojamiento. Nos pidió esperar 45 minutos bajo la promesa de que, de no solucionarse, nos enviaría 4 opciones de reserva similares. Nunca volvimos a tener respuesta suya.
* Segunda llamada (Agente Magelen): Al no recibir respuesta, me veo obligado a llamar de nuevo, teniendo que repetir toda la historia desde cero. Es esta operadora quien nos envía como "solución" un alojamiento en Valladolid (a cientos de kilómetros de Nerja).
* Tercera llamada (Agente Andrés): Vuelvo a llamar y me atiende Andrés, quien me envía una opción de 1.700 €.

No me dieron Instrucciones para poder entrar al alojamiento, reservado con 8 meses de antelación y pagado con 2. El día antes pretendían que yo cancelara, sin darme opciones ni nada. Dejaron de dar señales de vida y me dejaron tirada.
