The worst. Do not stay here

The pool

Air conditioner did not work. They kept promising to fix it but never came. We left and went to another hotel. Requested a refund with no response. This place is absolute rubbish. We have many photos of broken lights aircon smoke detector hanging from ceiling and more

Dissatisfied, Dirty & wouldn't recommend.

Location is great & not far to walk to the beach! Balcony & view was great.

Facilities of the property are rubbish. Not enough cups/ glasses/ crockery for 4 people. They looked like they hadn't been washed prior to our arrival. The bedding, didn't fit the bed. It was a thick throw over and when two people under it, didn't even cover. The pillows had hairs all over them & the bottom bed sheet was all crumpled up like someone had slept in the beds before. We had to strip the bedding and put it in the washer before sleeping the first night. (I have pictures). The cleanliness of the apartment wasn't great. The kitchen tap didn't work. We reported in Via booking.com to the private host (owner). He said he would get maintenance man around, we stayed for 3 days. No one came. No WiFi, again we reported this. Nothing happened so we couldn't connect to WiFi. Check in was a nightmare also. We had no instructions and there is no reception to ask as its an private apartment resort. We had to go to security and she spoke to the owner on the phone for us. Every time we rang to speak to the owner he put the phone down after telling us to check for a message... (when there was no message on booking.com - the message with details came the 2nd day (morning) while we were there, I think he forgot send it the first day for us)! Towels provided smelt clean... however, one of them was a grey children's fleecy microfiber blanket, which wasn't appropriate for an adult. Nice location & great views but I wouldn't stay again or recommend. However, if the cleanliness and Facilities were improved then I'd happy pay more to stay there.
