We had an amazing stay! The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location. Right in front of the hotel is the stunning Esmeralda Cenote, with incredibly clear, crystal-clear water. Just walk out to the deck and you can jump right into the lagoon for a refreshing swim.
The food was absolutely outstanding. Everything we tried was delicious, so there’s no need to leave the hotel to look for restaurants in town. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations.
The staff was wonderful, and the entire experience was peaceful, relaxing, and unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!
10/10 – Highly recommended!

Courteous staff and well maintained property. The rooms are nice and the location is Lagoon Front. The Breakfast was very good despite a small selection. The Bacalar Lagoon is a must see and I would highly recommend the Lagoon water tour. Overall, we would definitely return to the Cristalino.

Very friendly staff. We loved the women at the front desk and Esperanza and Ciel in the restaurant. Housekeeping and the turn down service added to an enjoyable experience behind the scenes.
