The studio has a prime location with markets and shops in the block, located in the heart of São Paulo, with endless transportation options: 80 meters from Praça da República metro station, 10 minutes from Copan building, 20 minutes from Rua 25 de Março, and 15 minutes from Avenida Paulista.
Walk down the street and eat at the famous Rinconcito Peruano. Walk a few blocks and have lunch at the world-famous A Casa do Porco. Enjoy a romantic dinner at Terraço Itália. Try the famous pork sandwich at the Estadão snack bar, the mortadella sandwich at the Municipal Market, and don't forget to sample the special fries or the brunch at Z DELI.
The studio features Wi-Fi, USB outlets for direct cell phone charging, a comfortable EMMA brand double bed (award-winning mattress for several consecutive years), a sleeping mat/pouf for a third guest, a 55" Samsung Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube Premium, and Globoplay, air conditioning (hot and cold), wardrobes with hangers and drawers, a kitchen with a retro Brastemp mini-fridge, an electric induction cooktop, pans with magnetic bottoms for induction, a microwave, a coffee maker, a sandwich maker, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, and wine glasses.
You will have free access to the pool, jacuzzi, observation deck on the 14th floor, gym, games room and laundry (which has a cost per wash cycle).
The building has two entrances: Praça da República 411 and Rua Aurora, 877. We advise disembarking at the Rua Aurora, 877 entrance after 7 PM until 7 AM, as there is external security at the building entrance.
