Our family absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Orem townhome! We were here for 10 days during our family reunion, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like home away from home. The townhome was spotless, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location couldn't have been better. We had family activities throughout Orem, Provo, Alpine, and Salt Lake City, and this was the perfect central location for everything. It made getting around so easy while still giving us a peaceful place to come back to each evening. One of the highlights was how incredibly comfortable the beds were—we all slept so well every night, which made a huge difference after our busy days. It's not often you find a place that checks every box, but this one truly did. We made wonderful memories during our stay, and this townhome was a big part of what made our trip so enjoyable. We hope we get to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

The property was beautiful and clean. Communication was timely and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The location is perfect.

It was clean and in a good location.

The layout and potential for this property is there for this to be a great rental. However, the cleanliness was poor and several things were broken. The couches and dining table were all broken and my toddler found old food and wrappers. The floors were so dirty. Old water was left in the kettle. Chains for the fans and ceiling lights were broken off and left in random places.
