The Place:
Barra Grande is a peaceful village located just over 4km from Maragogi/AL. Known as the Brazilian Caribbean, this region boasts idyllic beaches, calm seas, and warm waters year-round.
The House:
The house is furnished and can accommodate 8 people (including adults and children):
A well-ventilated front terrace with a hammock for relaxation;
Living/dining room
3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites with air conditioning,
Guest bathroom with hot shower;
. Kitchen,
Service area,
Recreational area with terrace, portable barbecue and outdoor shower.
Large lawn and parking for up to 2 cars.
The house also has Wi-Fi and accepts pets (small pets).
Guest access
1. The house has two gates (for pedestrians and vehicles);
2. The side driveway is a common area, shared for access to a house on the back lot;
3. We have parking spaces, a barbecue area, a play area for the kids, and you can even have a mega breakfast on our lawn, full of plants and in contact with nature.
Other observations
1. The house has three bathrooms. Only the guest bathroom has an electric shower;
2. We do not provide bath towels;
3. The house has air conditioning in the en-suite bedrooms;
4. The house has a 32' smart TV in the living room;
5. It is forbidden to flush toilet paper down the toilets; all restrooms have trash cans for this purpose.
6. We have 1500 liters of water in the upper tanks and an artesian well;
7. If consumption exceeds 1500L per day, activate the pump located in the side passage. Simply turn on the switch and wait for the tank to fill;
8. We have a maintenance team always available to better serve our guests.
