The Space:

🏡 Attic Loft in Ville Haute, Luxembourg City

This 45 m² loft sits under the roof of a historic building on Rue du Nord, in the centre of Luxembourg's Ville Haute. It sleeps two guests, and guests often mention the views from its windows.



🛋️ Living Area

The living area has a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV, a relaxed spot after a day exploring the Old Town.



🍳 Kitchen and Dining

Cook at home with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery.



🛏️ Sleeping Area

The queen bed (160 cm) is on a mezzanine reached by a steep staircase, beneath a skylight where you can see the sky at night. The ceiling there is low, so you cannot stand up fully. Bed linen and room-darkening shades are provided.



🚿 Bathroom

The bathroom has a shower, towels, shampoo and a hair dryer. As the loft is on the top floor, the hot water takes a minute or two to arrive.



🧺 Laundry and Longer Stays

A washing machine, iron and vacuum cleaner are in the apartment, and central heating is adjusted with a dial.



📍 Location and Getting Around

The Grand Ducal Palace, the National Museum, parks, shops and many restaurants are within a short walk, and bus and tram stops are nearby. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.



ℹ️ Good to Know

There is no elevator: the loft is reached by four flights of narrow spiral stairs and then a steep metal staircase, which is difficult with large luggage and not suitable for young children, older guests or anyone with limited mobility. There is no air conditioning, so the loft can get very warm in summer. Wi-Fi is available, but upload speed is limited. There is no parking.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire loft to themselves. The building has no elevator: the loft is on the top floor, up four flights of narrow spiral stairs followed by a steep metal staircase without a full handrail. The key lockbox is a short walk from the entrance, and a check-in video with directions is available in your Guest Area once the online check-in is complete.



The Neighborhood:

The loft is in Ville Haute, the historic heart of Luxembourg City. The Grand Ducal Palace, the National Museum of History and Art, shopping streets, parks, cafés and restaurants are all within a short walk, and the surrounding street is lively in the evening without being noisy inside.



Getting Around:

Bus and tram stops are a few minutes' walk away and connect to Luxembourg's central train station. Luxembourg Airport is around 20 minutes away by taxi, depending on traffic. There is no parking at the building; paid public car parks are nearby. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.

1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.
