Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin!

Our beautiful vacation rental (40 square meters, 1 living room/bedroom, 1 bedroom; max. 3 adults/basement) is located directly on Lake Sellin and only about 1,500 m from the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, where the vacation rental is located, is part of the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve, featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature. It has been furnished in a modern and comfortable style. It also features underfloor heating that radiates a pleasant, cozy warmth. This vacation rental includes a beautiful sun terrace with modern furniture. It offers guests a small seating area, which can be reached across the lawn.

For a one-time additional fee, fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival, and the beds will already be made with linens.

For guests who wish to bring their own boat, our large on-site boat dock is available. The water depth at the dock is approximately 0.8 m to 1 m. A parking space is available right next to the house. Rental bikes can be delivered directly to the property upon request by a bike rental service. Bicycle storage is available. The public transit bus stop is approximately 400 meters away. Beautiful 2-room “Kormoran” vacation apartment right on Lake Sellin:

Our 2-room “Kormoran” apartment is located in the basement (no lake view; this apartment is bathed in sunlight in the afternoon) of our residential building and is accessible via an outdoor staircase with a separate entrance. This apartment does not have a lake view. It is approximately 40 square meters in size, bright and inviting, accommodates up to 3 adults (children ages 3 and up), and is furnished in a modern and comfortable style.

The large living-bedroom features a comfortable double bed with nightstands and reading lamps, seating, a wardrobe, and a modern flat-screen TV.It also features underfloor heating that radiates a pleasant, cozy warmth. For an additional fee per guest, fresh towels will be provided upon your arrival, and the beds will already be made with linens (please book this option if desired). The third sleeping area is located in the combined living/bedroom. It is equipped with a single bed, a reading lamp, and a wardrobe. There is also a flat-screen TV here. An integrated kitchenette is also available in this area. Here you’ll find all the utensils you need to prepare a meal.

The large bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink and features natural light. The visitor’s tax is to be paid on site. This apartment has been recently renovated. To wind down in the evenings, you’ll find a small outdoor area with seating on the property.
