NIE POLECAM DOMU NAD MORZEM 79 W STEGNIE
Drodzy państwo, proszę nie dać się zwieść wysoka opinia na bookingu.
W ostatni czasie wynajmowaliśmy dom. Byliśmy duża grupa 6 doroslych i 6 dzieci, dlatego szukaliśmy jakieś obiektu, który pomieścił by nas wszystkich.
Byliśmy nastawieni na spokojny wypoczynek.
Żeby opinia była sprawiedliwa, trzeba ocenić 3 oddzielne rzeczy:
DOM
MINUSY
1. Już na starcie, okazało się, że dom stoi na podwórku, gdzie mieszkają też wlasciciele, co nie zaznaczone było w ogłoszeniu.
2. Na bookingu jest opinia, że dom bardzo czysty. Nie wiem kto to pisał, chyba nie był w łazienkach na górze. Dodam zdjęcia. Prysznice brudne, poplesniałe.
PLUSY
1. Dom duży,, przestronny. Byliśmy w 12 osób i nie było ścisku.
2. Naprawde dobrze wyposażona kuchnia.
WŁAŚCICIELE
1. Po podwórku cały czas kreci się starszy mężczyzna. Jak tylko dzieci wychodziły na dwór od razu się pojawiał. To niby zagrabić, to skosić trawę itp. Zero prywatności, w pewnych momentach czuliśmy się obserwowani, podsłuchiwani.
2. Telefony po godzinie 21 od właściciela, żeby gasić światło.
3. Wchodzenie do domu (piwnicy) podczas naszego pobytu. Nie wiemy, czy w momencie kiedy wychodziliśmy na plażę nie wchodzili też do domu.
4. Podczas pierwszego oprowadzania po domu, jedne z pierwszych rzeczy pani gospodarz był instruktaż dotyczący obsługi zmywarki, żeby nie dawać długich programów, bo są drogie i idzie dużo wody.
5. Przedostatniego dnia przyszedł wlasciciel, który stwierdził, że on nas chyba za mało za wszystko policzyl. W momencie sprzeciwu, finalnie się rozmyślił.

Łączone z właścicielami, od ich domu dzieliło nas może 15m.
1. Po prostu brzydkie i bardzo male. Wszędzie czarny piach zamiast trawy.
2. Jest stół z ławkami, ale żeby z niego skorzystać musieliśmy go wyszorować. Pozasychane odchody ptaków itp.
3. Były zabawki dla dzieci typu klocki, trampolina, piaskownica. Stare, brudne.
4. Brak furtki wyjściowej, trzeba było otwierać "bramę". Brama to zbite ze sobą palety.
