El apto muy bonito y cuenta con piscina algo muy bueno por el calor de santa marta, el apto adicional por la ubicación del edificio y la posición del apto el sol no le da en el transcurso del día lo que es favorable porque el apto se la pasa con una temperatura agradable sin necesidad de encender aire acondicionado o ventilador, la sugerencia seria la instalación de un segundo aire para la otra habitación para cuando sean familias.
