The apartment had all the facilities we needed, including hair drier, air conditioning, iron, microwave, TV, fridge, vacuum.
The location is awesome! Ok not close to the city centre and main tourist attractions, but there is a grocery store to the other side of the street, coffee shops that opens at 5am and closes at 2am (THIS IS INSANE!). Also great restaurants! I personally recommend pizzeria DIOS and Trattoria Strozzaquintino - THE BEST PASTAI have ever eaten!
The bed could be better. It was not bad, but also not much comfortable. I could feel the mattress sinking to one side and my body would slide to that side. You can feel your back is all wrong. It might be silly, but for travellers who walks a lot, having a comfortable bed to sleep is one of the most important thing in an accommodation.
The instructions to collect the key was not easy.
First they sent me instructions with "check photo" without any photo.
The lock wasnt in a easy spot to find, nor the building. I feel like the instructions would be better if they sent a PDF with instructions and photos showing where the lock is and which building the accommodation is. Also the instruction of which apart it was, was also wrong. The message said the apartment to the right side from the elevator, and it's not accurate. When you leave the the elevator you see 3 doors. One to the right, then another 2 to the left. It's the first of the left side. The instructions would be right IF it said turn to the left side of the corridor/hall, and the property is the first to the right, and not the right from the elevator.

Un excellent séjour ! L'appartement est parfaitement conforme à la description : très propre, bien équipé, avec une chambre spacieuse et une literie d'un grand confort.
Situé dans une résidence très calme, l'emplacement est idéal avec tous les commerces nécessaires à proximité. Le logement est également très bien desservi : un bus direct permet de rejoindre la Piazza Venezia en 30 minutes, et l'accès à l'aéroport de Fiumicino est simple et rapide (environ 40 minutes via 3 arrêts de bus et 7 stations de train). Les capsules de café généreusement offertes dans le kit de bienvenue, ainsi que le grand balcon équipé d'une petite table et de chaises, ont été les véritables atouts qui ont illuminé nos matins romains.
Le réseau Wifi quelque peu instable mais cela n'était pas vraiment gênant car à Rome, on pose son téléphone et on profite de la Docle vita !

Das Apartment war sehr sauber, und gut eingerichtet. Das Bett war gut. Schöner langer Balkon mir Zugang sowohl aus Schlafzimmer als auch Küche.
Sehr schwieriger Check-In! Hatte den online Check-in am Vortag gemacht. Bestätigt, und Zugangscode bekommen. Vor Ort ließ sich das Schloss aber nicht öffnen. Div. Telefonate, müde durch die Reise und im strömenden Regen. Ich sollte den online check-in noch mal machen, d. h. auch die Ausweise noch mal fotografieren etc.. Nach über einer Stunde hat es dann geklappt. Wir waren richtig sauer! Dazu 8. Stock. Türe im Aufzug (eng ist untertrieben) liess sich einmal nicht öffnen. Puh, gut das ich gerade alleine da drin war. Die Nachbarn hört man erst zur deutschen Schlafenszeit, also nach 22 Uhr... Also mindestens Ohropax mitnehmen, denn durch die dünnen Wände ist es genauso laut als wenn im eigenen Zimmer jemand spricht. Nachtruhe gibt es dort nicht. Deshalb schwer darüber einzuschlafen... Der Bus bis Piazza Venezzia offiziell 19 Minuten! Tatsächlich: Mindestens 40 Minuten, und keine Luft zum atmen im völlig überfüllten Kleinbus! ps Keine Abtrockhandtücher vorhanden. Kochen geht, aber max. kleine Gerichte.
