Gas leak so moved apartments new one had no electricity & spiral staircase so difficult for my elderly parents &

Great location Clean Spacious living room main bedroom

Very hot though fan was provided 2nd bedroom very tight but perfectly adequate for a few nights

7 / 10

Great location, service non-existent

Fantastic location and a quirky, historic property, befitting of Lyon’s world heritage listing.

The space was more than serviceable, but the WiFi didn’t work, nor did the TV in the living room. The TV in the bedroom may have worked, but the remote was nowhere to be seen. Our messages reporting these shortcomings fell on deaf ears, and when the owner did bypass the agents and pick up themselves, no solutions were forthcoming, only a pocketful of sorries. And then it was time to leave. Shame, as otherwise, we would have left a higher ranking.

8 / 10

Fantastic location, lovely apartment.

Fantastic location, right in the centre. Beautiful apartment, very clean.

A few things were broken that needed fixing, like two cupboard doors in the kitchen. Not enough cooking equipment. Also lack of space to store clothes. Very small wardrobe and no drawers anywhere.

8 / 10

Perfectly located

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The apartment is really modern and comfortable.

There is no elevator for luggage and the stairs are hard to get up, and can be slippery going down, the entrance isn’t shown at any point so keep in mind if traveling with big luggage, senior citizens or kids

"This apartment was just lovely. Loads of space and a great place to come back to at the end of a busy day. A building with loads of history in a great location in the old town."
