The apartment is located in a top location in the city center. Extremely close to the lake and Villa Este. The hosts are very kind and responsive to everything. The apartment has everything you need to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. The bed is large and very comfortable. The bathroom is wonderful, the towels are extremely clean. The hosts offer breakfast, which is served in a restaurant very close by. There are also many wonderful restaurants with incredibly delicious food around. If you have a car, there is a parking lot nearby where you can park it for a longer period. Once again, thanks to Massimiliano, who explained to us how to download the parking app. Recommendation - use the parking app, because it allows you to park for a longer period. The machines have difficulty accepting credit cards - payment is only possible with coins.We will definitely come back again.

The location was fantastic. The apartment was quaint and very nice and had everything I needed.
The problem was the use of Fabric sprays on absolutely every surface, including curtains, shower, curtain sheets, towels, sofa everything had a very strong smell of cleaning solution, which they may have thought was fragrance. I found it to be quite toxic and was unable to finish my visit there unfortunately. I mentioned it immediately on Monday when I arrived and they said that everything was organic and that they could not replace the sheets until Thursday or Friday. After airing it out and washing the sheets on my own, I still was unable to sleep. They did not offer me another apartment, which probably would've had the same strong chemicals in it anyway nor did they offer me a partial refund since I only stayed one night. I mentioned that I couldn't stay there and that I would be leaving on Tuesday and then that was when they said they could bring some other sheets. But I had already changed my flight and scheduled an Uber back to MXP. Like I said, bringing other sheets would not have solved the problem since the whole place was sprayed down in a spray that she showed me when I ask her about it. I have stayed all over the world and I have never had that level of toxicity sprayed all over the everything in the apartment. I own a spa and salon and we have a lot of linens and we don't use anything with any fragrance because a lot of people are allergic to that. I mentioned that to him and he disagreed with me 100% and said that his laundry service uses only organic fragrance free, which was a complete fallacy lie.
