The location was amazing right by the canal in the Navigli district. Walking distance to all the restaurants and close to the subway. Please was clean and quiet from the noise.
1st, the check in instructions were a bit confusing and did not completely match the instructions as the pictured instructions already showed a person with the key. When I called the # for help, the guy only referred me back to the check in instructions. Luckily I was able to get in.
Main issue was the heat. It says AC but the AC is really weak. We stayed in September and it was so hot you couldn’t feel the AC on. The bed is high up making it even more hotter and uncomfortable in the summer. I asked if they could bring a fan but didn’t get any response or acknowledgment even. We ended up sleeping in the floor uncomfortably.
