A super charming and cozy two-story residence, surrounded by lush greenery, with 1,100m² of private land and 260m² of built area in a beachfront condominium with tree-lined internal streets, access gate, private security, green areas and direct access to the beach. It has 4 suites (one master with king bed and bathtub), living and dining room, integrated kitchen, TV room, two terraces, a viewpoint with deck, a gourmet area with barbecue, swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and solar energy capture. From the house to the gate that gives access to the beach is approximately 200 meters of pleasant walk through the wooded park of the subdivision. A 15-minute trail inside the condominium leads to Paúba Beach and 5 minutes to Prainha.
Even if it rains, the pleasure of being at home, cooking in the open-plan kitchen and chatting with friends, surrounded by greenery and listening to the crickets, is wonderful. There are four high stools around the island and another round table for eight, plus another for six on the upper balcony and another for ten in the gourmet area.
