This listing is for the entire private upper-level unit of a two-unit beachfront home. You will have your own entrance, your own deck, and elevator access from ground level to the upper floor. Covered parking is available beneath the home, with additional outdoor parking available onsite.

Inside, the home has been updated with refreshed flooring, paint, furnishings, appliances, and electronics throughout the main living areas. The layout includes two separate sitting rooms, giving everyone room to relax.

The main sitting room faces the beach and offers sweeping views of the sand and water—an ideal place to read, visit, or simply watch the waves. A second living area includes a large smart TV and views toward the north side of the beach.

Sleeping arrangements
The home includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms for 6 guests. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet with safe, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

Fully equipped kitchen
The chef’s kitchen is equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners and holiday meals. Amenities include an induction cooktop, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, Vitamix blender, automatic drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and a selection of everyday cooking and baking essentials. Dishwasher pods are provided.

Laundry and conveniences
A dedicated laundry room includes a washer and dryer, folding table, hanging bar, ironing board, and iron. Complimentary hypoallergenic laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

Booking Information
Weekly and monthly stays are available. Saturday-to-Saturday bookings are standard. Requests for alternate check-in or check-out days are rarely available, particularly during winter months. Exceptions may be considered case by case, are not guaranteed, and may involve an additional fee.

No pets, smoking, or vaping are permitted. If smoking or vaping occurs inside the home and additional cleaning or remediation is required, the booking guest is responsible for documented charges not covered by the applicable Property Damage Protection Plan or other available coverage. Additionally refer to rental agreement.

Activities and Attractions
Parasailing, jet skiing, and fishing are available nearby on the beach. Times Square is approximately 3.5 miles away and can be reached by trolley or bike.

Charter fishing trips, golf, shopping, day trips, and nature outings are all within easy reach. Nearby shopping options include Coconut Point, Gulf Coast Town Center, Waterside Shops, Miromar Outlets, Tanger Outlets, and Edison Mall.

Visit Lovers Key State Park just south of the property, or explore Sanibel Island, Naples, and Fort Myers. In Fort Myers, visit the Edison and Ford Winter Estates or attend spring-training baseball at the Minnesota Twins’ Lee County Sports Complex or the Boston Red Sox’s JetBlue Park. The Key West Express also departs from Fort Myers Beach for day trips when schedules permit.

A beach trolley stop is a short walk away. Bike and golf-cart rentals may be available nearby. Guests should confirm current schedules, availability, pricing, weather conditions, and operating hours directly with each transportation provider, attraction, rental company, or activity operator.

Security and Internet Equipment

For the safety, security, and operation of the property, the home uses disclosed exterior security devices and internet/network equipment. A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entry, and exterior security cameras are located on the driveway-facing exterior. These devices monitor the front-door approach, driveway, parking area, north and west exterior access points, carport, and elevator access area. They do not monitor the interior of the home or any area where guests reasonably expect privacy.

The home also contains internet/network equipment, including Orbi satellite units, a modem, router, and associated power and network connections. These devices are not cameras and are used solely to provide and maintain internet service and related property systems.

No cameras or other surveillance devices are located inside the home or used to capture the interior of the home.

Guests may not unplug, disable, cover, move, reset, alter, block, bypass, disconnect, damage, or otherwise interfere with security devices or internet/network equipment. Guests may not obstruct, cover, redirect, disable, or otherwise interfere with a fixed exterior camera’s disclosed exterior field of view.

Tampering or interference with this equipment is a material violation of the House Rules. See rental agreement.
