About this house rental
The Mas des Lavandes is a recent construction in a "classified nature" area on a plot of 10,000 m2, facing south in a semi-wooded area, with a dominant view of the village of Plascassier and the Alpes de Haute Provence. Located in the private domain of Bramafam, between Cannes and Grasse near Valbonne, it is a perfect place to rest with the family with its private swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters secure. It benefits from an exceptional environment 1 km from the village of Plascassier and 3 km from the charming village of Valbonne, the eagle's nest of Gourdon and Tourette overlooking the gorges of the wolf, finally the Alpes de Haute Provence which are a paradise for walkers and cyclists.
12 km from Cannes, 35 km from Nice and half an hour from the big blue, you can enjoy absolute rest without being isolated from the wonders of the Côte d'Azur. The villa with a surface area of approx. 200 m2 has two large bedrooms on the first floor with terrace and two bedrooms upstairs with large terrace overlooking the Brague valley. The modern kitchen opens onto a large covered terrace. The 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Festive events are not allowed.

We had a wonderful stay at Mas des Lavandes. The home is ideally located for exploring the region—it was a great jumping-off point for day trips to Grasse, St. Paul de Vence, the excellent Friday market in Valbonne, and the beaches of Antibes.The house itself is perfect for an extended family getaway—spacious, charming, and well-equipped. Patricia, the house manager, was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay.We also appreciated how convenient everything was: a Super U grocery store is just minutes away, and there’s an excellent local patisserie nearby for fresh croissants in the morning.We’re already talking about coming back—Mas des Lavandes truly felt like a home away from home in the South of France.
