About this apartment rental
Stylish loft vacation rental with a stunning view of the Wiehen Mountains! Parking space with an 11 kW wallbox + high-speed internet!
About the property
Vacation Rental 1, “Schöne Aussicht,” with 110 square meters of space, accommodates at least 5 people and is located in the rural town of Rödinghausen-Bieren.
It has its own parking space with an 11 kW wallbox for charging electric cars (€0.40 per kWh).
Our lovingly renovated house features two separate vacation apartments and is situated in an idyllic, secluded location—surrounded by nature, tranquility, and sweeping views of the countryside.
Here you can truly unwind and let your mind wander.
The location, nestled among horse farms right next to the beautiful Wiehengebirge mountains, is perfect for exploring, hiking, and mountain biking.
To ensure a pleasant stay, the apartment is equipped with all the comforts you need,
such as the kitchen, which includes: basic supplies (oil, spices, cooking utensils), modern kitchen appliances, an induction stove, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a blender, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a water bar.
There’s also a spacious dining area that seats 6 people.
So nothing should stand in the way of your cooking adventures!
The vacation rental features a small water bar with a reverse osmosis system. This ensures you always have fresh, filtered drinking water—perfect for the whole family to drink, cook with, or enjoy with your morning coffee. Just pour and enjoy!
The living room also invites you to relax with its lovely atmosphere, cozy couch, and smart TV (Netflix).
The modern bathroom, equipped with a rain shower, large sink, hair dryer, washer-dryer, and towels, leaves nothing to be desired.
For a restful night’s sleep, there are 3 bedrooms with beautiful beds, high-quality mattresses, and hotel-quality bedding.
Check-in: separate contactless entry via a numeric code. (The code will be emailed shortly before arrival.)
Check-out: in person. This includes billing for any use of the wallbox.
As your hosts, we’re available almost all day and can be on-site quickly.
To help you start your stay off right, we provide a welcome kit with coffee and tea.
We look forward to seeing you!
