This is a great beautiful home right in the heart of marathon just a couple minutes from open water to the Atlantic or the gulf Waters we really enjoyed our stay caught plenty of fish and had an amazing time. Beautiful little house. I would recommend it to anyone anytime. our host was very friendly and very helpful with everything. I will definitely be coming back again next summer. Thank you for hosting us. We had an amazing time.

Communication was great, property was super clean, beds were really nice and not saggy at all. Fans did not click- bonus in Florida! Had great fishing off the dock, strong current in there though! The outside space was nice and although no covered porch it was shady in the afternoon which was perfect. Great location.

Everything was exactly as described and pictured. We had a problem with the AC when we got back in for the day. It was just after their office closed. I called and left 2 VMs with no call back. I had to call again at 9am. Their office open at 8am so they should've called me. They "got it fixed" later that morning.I understand AC issues can happen, but no communication from an emergency line is unacceptable.
