Apartment with garden terrace in a fenced residence in a 5-hectare park with swimming pool. Located on the garden level, this apartment includes a living room with equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a table and 4 chairs, a sofa bed (bed 140x190 cm) of very good quality, a cabin bedroom with cupboard (2 twin beds 90x190cm that can be pushed together), a flat-screen TV, a bathroom bathtub with toilet. Table and 4 garden chairs with parasol for the terrace. On site, you have at your disposal a children's playground as well as a petanque court, small fitness trail, ping-pong tables, basketball hoop, collective barbecue area, a secure bike room, and a snack bar (only in summer). You can swim in the outdoor swimming pool (only 01/05 to 01/10), relax in the garden, go hiking or fishing in the surroundings, enjoy the water activities offered at the lake of Jouarres. Ideally located on the banks of the Canal du Midi, 10 minutes walk from the Lake of Jouarres, between Béziers (46 kms), Narbonne (30 kms), Carcassonne (34 kms), Gruissan-Plage (48 kms) and all the Cathar castles. A good hour's drive from Spain. A set of cupboard essentials (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar) is available, as well as the usual cleaning products. Bed linen and towels are provided at your request at no extra charge. Washing machine and dryer available in the residence (extra charge)
