About this apartment rental
A bright and spacious apartment, completely renovated and furnished in a modern style, capable of comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. The apartment boasts an enviable location: situated just 5 meters from the beach, it features a balcony accessible from all rooms, offering a wonderful view of the sea. It is located in a quiet area yet close to shops and services for a comfortable stay, including a pharmacy and a post office. The Pastena train station is just 900 meters away.
The 100-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator (please note there are 8 steps to reach it) and is laid out as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, moka pot, toaster, conventional oven, and microwave
- Living room with a double sofa bed, split AC, and TV
- First bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, split AC, and TV
- Second bedroom with a double bed, closet, split AC, and TV
- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall
- Second bathroom with toilet, bidet, and bathtub
- Storage closet
- Balcony with ocean view.
Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).
Guests will have full access to all areas of the house, and there are no shared spaces.
7 days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Salerno, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Salerno Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.
For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM
EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,
EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to midnight.
Check-in after midnight is not possible, even for a fee. All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.
Early check-in (before 2:00 PM) is only possible if no other guests are checking out on the same day, and therefore can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.
