Located on the mezzanine level of a large villa, this two-bedroom apartment features two bathrooms, a partition between the two bedrooms, and a veranda with an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave, and all the necessary cooking equipment, as well as a dining area with a table and chairs—all offering complete autonomy and independence.
The villa is located in the countryside and has been renovated with care to preserve the character of a typical Campania home
It features terracotta floors, exposed beams, and some early 20th-century period furniture, along with traditional, decorated interior door and window frames
At the same time, it offers all the comforts necessary for modern living.
