A 2-room apartment, furnished partly in a standard style and partly with tasteful furnishings, featuring a large balcony and garden in a residential complex with beautiful subtropical vegetation. Large swimming pool. Tennis courts. Close to the beach. Quiet and sunny panoramic location. Beautiful side view of the lake. Free Wi-Fi. Covered parking space within the gated complex. This is a gated residence in a quiet, south-facing location that is popular with both our vacation guests and homebuyers. A public beach with a snack bar is located about 400 m away. Highlights include the large, well-maintained, and free swimming pool with a snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m; open from approx. mid-June to approx. early September, weather permitting), sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as the tennis courts (each for a fee). The subtropical vegetation, the breathtaking, unobstructed lake view, the large sun terraces and gardens, and the spacious, sunny balconies are all absolutely beautiful. Most apartments come with their own covered parking space within the gated complex. Free guest parking is available outside the residence.
