It was fun.. but the zip lining was closed.. they never had clean towels for us in the pool area, nor for our room. Not fully inclusive… besides all that I stayed understanding and made the best of the time we had there. Food was good, staff was good. The view was beautiful. The pool and beach were fun.

The hotel looks like it has been upkept and remodeled. I had a great time staying here. The website gives you all the details of everything available to do at the resort. The food was average to good, depending on the day, some days it was great and other days it felt like the food had been heated for a long time. The activities were fun but heads up that they are randomly canceled without notice. The staff pressure a bit to listen to a time share presentation and offer quite a few perks. It is not at the north side of the Zona hotelera so travel to places there can be a good 15 minute drive. The hotel is constantly being cleaned, so it's always looking sharp. Bring a tumbler yeti for your bar drinks, because the cups they offer are a bit too small - but unlimited refills though. The great part of this, compared to other hotels, is that you DO not have to pre-book at the individual restaurants, its a first come first serve reservation type. I really enjoyed my time here.
