The room was very spacious and naturally bright. The inner courtyard of the Riad was beautifully decorated and very green with lovely trees. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was super delicious.
The location seemed to be good. But it was deeper into the narrow street than expected… I’d prefer a Riad with an entrance on a bigger street like Rue Sidi El Yamani…

It’s like an oasis amidst all the craziness of the medina and the surrounding markets

The Riad was absolutely stunning. The staff was warm and friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast served daily was fresh and exquisite. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh. The bonus is that it was also walking distance to all the Souks and sightseeing locations I wanted to visit.

The overall design and spirit of Kitula is wonderfully thought through. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Kitula is very centrally located and a few footsteps away from the souks.
The room did not feel clean (dirty carpets) mold around the bathtub, everything a bit run down. The bathroom had a cupboard which opened up into a private messy wardrobe.
The manager did not want to call me a cab because it apparently it was not part of the service. Upon request he organized a lovely man to help me with my luggage to the car, as it is a few hundred metres up to the Main Street, but it felt like I really had to push for it.
